How to turn off "Excuse me. Can I help You" announcement

Android app version -.0.1.9.5
The app reports the doorbell as T8213
Somehow, I managed to turn the announcement on, but now I can’t shut it off.
In the app, Ring auto-response is off, unchecked, and saved. Upon ringing, Alexa announces “Someone is at the doorbell” (this occurs in the house).
The doorbell continues to say, “Excuse Me Can I Help You” shortly after being rung.
I saw a video on YouTube trying to address this issue. But because it referenced an older version of the app, certain prompts it referred to were not in my version of the app.
How can I shut off the audio announcement made at the doorbell?

See if opening up Live View for the doorbell look to see if there is an option that has auto response perhaps you can shut it off from there?

Tried that and still got the announcement. I called customer support and they told me how to do it. It was not very intuitive. But thanks for responding.
