I have finally installed the lock on our new home, which has been under construction for the last 18 months.
When someone rings my doorbell, there is an automated response even though none have been set up in the app. There doesn’t seem to be a way to turn it off, either.

I have been speaking to the Australian support desk, and they say this is not as expected, and I should ask here as they cannot support a Kickstarter purchase.
Do you have any ideas how I can turn off the automated response? It is confusing to the people who ring the bell.
