Hi I’m sharing my doorbell with my parents but they don’t want the notifications going off on their phone app only notifications for their own cameras - is it possible to do this? They are on my account as guests

@D.k.good Unfortunately, at the moment…there isn’t a way of doing it…yet. If your parents didn’t have their own cameras, I would say to disable notifications on their phone, but that wouldn’t work. Right now, they’ll get the alerts you receive.
I’m waiting for Eufy to make these options available through an update so as an Admin I can control more…like my guest’s notifications or even a schedule when cameras can be viewed, etc.
