I brought myself a two set efty camra and on the box it’s say I don’t have to pay for my cameras to be set or have the storage it’s come with it ,but I’ve been paying every month could you please tell me why thank you

You shouldn’t need a monthly subscription unless you signed up for extra cloud features by accident. You might want to check your Eufy account to see if a cloud plan is active.

I agree with spa 1729 you had to somehow signed up for cloud storage services it doesn’t happen automatically you would have to agree to there terms and give them credit card information. I have a lot of Eufy and don’t pay any monthly fees. I would investigate and contact Eufy support
Did you also get a Homebase? Did you add an SD card to the cameras? I can only imagine that it’d force you into a subscription only if you have no other means of storing your events? I’d definitely make sure that you have an alternate storage setup before canceling your cloud subscription, then I’d cancel.
