Seems fair enough, but I feel that this should have been created alongside the existing rate, giving users the option to still have cloud backup in 1080p if they felt that was enough, rather than forcing everyone to pay more and store at the higher resolution.

I am squarely the majority of other customers! I don’t and won’t bee subscribing to this service. Instead I will simply backup to my own device! In protest to these new fees!
