I cannot find anything that even remotely resembles a QR Code or a number on my 340 floodlight camera. Anybody have any clues as to where it might be? It’s offline, and I want to put it back online. Please help.

It’s just below the rotating camera white cylinder frame.

Have you tried restarting the home base 1st to see if that restores it before taking down the camera? That usually works for me when something goes “offline “

It appears I have to uninstall the camera to get at the QR code?? It’s flush against the outside wall…I had to pay an electrician to install the camera (and it took a long time to get an appointment). I’m struggling with the idea that getting at the QR code is going to be so difficult.
Do you have the original box it came in there might be a code on that just make sure it’s tor the camera not there website
