I cant make Alexa show the front door camera. It sais check network connection. But it works on the eufy app. It shows a black live feed.

I dont use Alexa to see my doorbell i use eufy app

What worked for me was to remove the skill in Alexia and wait 10 minutes. Then add the skill and then add the device.
It took me a few times to get it to work for me.

Try to remove it and re-add it in Alexa. That should work.

i had an alexa show 8 and always found that it took to long for it to load and show the video, then after a while amazon started flooding the device with adds and suggestions, had to keep going into settings and deselect adds and suggestions, only for amazon to push updates that put them back on, got rid of the device in the end

I don’t use these devices it’s bad enough my phone is always listening to me when I don’t want it to

Oh I’ve just got an echo for Christmas , I don’t realise it could show me the doorbell camera, hopefully I can get it to work with the hints in the comments here !
