I cashed in my eufy points for a gift card 13 days ago and have still yet to receive said gift card. on other occasions I’ve gotten them within less of a week. just wondering if anyone had experienced a similar wait time

Nope but the last 3 times I’ve cashed my points in for gift cards I got em within like 3 to 5 days it’s been 2 weeks now and they don’t physically mail them to u they are emailed which one would think that process would be much quicker
