I have 2 doorbells 2k and an indoor chime. after a light snow day the outside doorbells disconnected from the Internet and won’t view it record anything. I tried contacting Eufy but it’s all robotic automations and I couldn’t get any assistance. The indoor chime is blue in color (not red) it works. The 2 separate doorbell cameras work too and ring when the button is pushed but they are not connecting. I’ve even tried the synch button in the chime. I even removed one of the doorbell cameras from the app to try reprogram it but there’s no option for that now that I’ve removed it. also the QR code on the back is scratch on the one corner so it cannot just scan. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. We don’t want to throw out the whole system because of this and have to change over to a security/camera system lasts more than 3 years.
