I have a problem wonder if anybody else has same I have cameras outdoor that record to as card and have added them to Homebase s380 and also told cameras to record to Homebase but when I got to check a recording that has happened I have to wait sometimes up to 10 to watch recording when I record to cameras as card can watch immediately

Have you recently tried rebooting your wifi router? I find mine can make eufy slow and also my echo devices glitchy if it isn’t restarted monthly. Might be worth a try.

If I record to memory card works fast but recording to Homebase 3 I have to wait for recording

With the HomeBase, there’s a bit more processing and it has to pull the file over the network, which can add a few seconds. 10 seconds does seem long though.

If the HomeBase is on Wi-Fi, switching it to a wired connection might help a bit.

Also when you are viewing the recordings, are you on wifi on the same network? I see a bit of a delay when I try to playback recordings when on mobile data (5G/LTE) vs when I’m home playing them back on the same wifi network.

All my cameras seem to also have a notification delay example notification door bell go to it they have gone and or when speak they can’t here me
