I need help. I have a crazy relative who has been arrested multiple times and is not above doing any kind of damage including arson. They showed up at our new under construction home the other and we don’t have internet installed yet. The e330 cameras are installed, and I have a home base 3. I need to get hem connected and recording. The way I understand it you have to have an ethernet connection for initial setup. Could I do that at my current home, and then move the home base to the new house and then connect to the cameras for 24 hour recording (or whatever I can get)? I have a hard drive for the home base.

That might work. Another thought is buy a mobile/cell router, assuming you have electricity
I do have electricity, but they will install internet in 3 weeks so I would rather not buy one. I may take some battery operated Arlo cameras out there if I can’t get this going.
