I have a s220 t

I have a s220 that will not connect to my internet. I have had two of them sent to me and none of them will connect. I’ve tried the tech support and no one can help me they just send me another camera. Anyone else having the same problem? I have 2.4 HZ and a doorbell camera connected to the same internet that works. I’m frustrated at this point.

Brand new S220 solocam-multiple emails from support. They finally said problem was S380Homebase need firmware update. They said done. Still not working. Junk

Please describe at which step the connection failed. Is it that the camera cannot scan the QR code on your phone, or that it scans successfully but cannot connect to the network? If it cannot connect to the network, you can try using your phone as a hotspot and then try connecting again.

Good connection to server. Cameras detect events but do not record. Support response has been only AI generated feedback. Requested human who said buy new cameras. Did that-same problem. Waiting for human response. Very frustrating.
