I am connecting each device to my internet. No Eufy modem
The process of installing the camera to your internet / Wi-Fi should be the same as your other camera you installed.
Are both cameras the same?

Try resetting the camera, hold the SYNC button down for 10 seconds until you hear two beeps.
Then try to add the camera to the app.
Make sure your phone is connected to your home’s Wi-Fi the 2.4 GHz band and Bluetooth on.

all should connect the same without any issues as long as you do the initial setup next to your modem then install it in desired location. As long as you have good WiFi signal at the camera location it will work but if signal is weak you might want to get a WiFi booster from your internet provider. I use a xfinity pod and it helps 99%. See if your phone can connect to your home WiFi where the camera is installed
