I have soundcore liberty 3 pro
My ear buds when i wear it i found it didn’t charged and shut down finally although they are keept charging all day
What can i do

It sounds like your Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro earbuds are not charging properly even after keeping them in the case all day. Here are a few steps you can try to fix this issue:

  1. Clean the charging pins:
    Use a soft, dry cloth or a cotton swab slightly dipped in isopropyl alcohol to gently clean the metal charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case. Dirt or oxidation can stop proper charging.

  2. Check your charging equipment:
    Make sure you are using a certified USB-C cable and a reliable charging adapter. Uncertified cables or adapters may cause unstable power delivery.

  3. Inspect ear wing alignment:
    If the ear wings aren’t fitted correctly, they may prevent the earbuds from sitting properly in the case, causing poor contact with the charging pins. Try removing or adjusting them before placing the earbuds back into the case.

  4. Reset your earbuds:
    If cleaning doesn’t help, place both earbuds in the case and press and hold the case button for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes three times — this will reset the earbuds.

If none of these steps work, it might be a hardware issue. In that case, please contact Soundcore customer support via email or phone for a warranty check or replacement.
