Hi, my earbud not charging, who got same case w me?
Sorry to hear that your earbud isn’t charging — please try the following steps:
Ensure the earbuds aren’t blocking the charging pins on either the earbuds or inside the charging case. Make sure they’re properly connected to the case.
Use a dry cloth or cotton swab slightly dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the metal charging pins inside the case and on the earbuds to ensure a proper connection.
Charge the case using a different cable and wall charger, and make sure the charging case has sufficient power. If the case’s battery is below about 5 %, it may not be able to charge the earbuds.
