Hello, I bought my earbuds about 6 days ago. Today was the first time I tried to charge them, but I was surprised to find that they aren’t charging. The model is R50i. Has anyone else experienced this same problem? Please help.
Is it about case or is it about buds. If its about earbuds place the earbuds properly in the case and check if the LED turns on. If Leds doesnt light up it might be contact issue. Same with case, if you plug in charging cable and Leds doesnt work it might be contact issue. Btw did you try another charging cable and adaptor? Also check if the charging port is clean and not blocked.
