Im pretty sure my soundcore C30i case has stopped charging, Now my earbuds are dead and not sure how to fix this. Only had them for 7/8 months.
I’ve checked the cord and the USB plug-in and it’s neither. Any suggestions?

- Use a dry cloth or cotton swab with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging pins in the charging case and to ensure a better connection.
- Charge your charging case with a different charging cable and wall charger.
