I have the sport x10 and the K20i and both of them have the same problem with the left earbud, the battery drops from 100% to 10% within an hour. The right earbud battery life is fine on both of them . I see in the app that it is fully charged and after one hour the left is dead. I cleaned the connectors inside the case and on the earbuds but the issue still remains.
I’ve noticed that there are other people with similar battery drain issues or other malfunctions on left earbuds on different series..
Ive had similar issue with my sleep buds a10, right after warranty expired, I own at least 4 pairs of soundcore earbuds/ headphones, almost every pair had issues, even brand new purchases, so if your warranty has not expired, customer service is ok, they will honor the warranty and give you replacements, otherwise no repair or replacement, I just have serious concerns regarding the product quality ![]()
