I kove Soundcore. In the past I purchased a pair of Space A40 SE earbuds and I was VERY happy with them… When it came time to upgrade, Soundcore was a no-brainer. I bought a pair of p41i earbuds & I’m very happy with thrn. As for the #HearID setup featured in the app…it’s totally different from what’s festured in the “help” or “how-to” section It’s sort-of user friendly, but I’m not certain that it allows the user to achieve the most optimal sound for the product they purchased The song festured in the “sound preference” part of the #HEARID test is absolutely abysmal and unsuitable for assessing sound quality of ANY kind. PLEASE… at least provide users different options that might be closer to their own musical taste(s).
Please add an updated “how-to” for the HearID mode to the app’s help section.
