I recently purchased a new iPhone. And had to reset the password. As the keychain was not saved. This worked fine. But I can’t review recordings as it’s now seeking an encryption key passcode. Any clue how to resolve this ?

Reach out to support if you still don’t see it restored after logging in to your authentication app. And you settings get restored is you had it saved

Log out of the app and close it out, then log back in to see if you can view videos.
If it’s still not working… then log out of the app and delete from the phone, then redownload it.
It could be possible that the download wasn’t complete where the encryption key digits were partial.
