I replaced a Ring floodlight with the eufy e340 floodlight. Here’s the output. This symptom is random and is worse in low light. I have tried all the different night modes and the issue remains. It started about 48hrs after installation. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Firmware is up-to-date. Single view will display only the image on the top.

Have any of you had this issue and resolved it?

This looks like a camera defect… It’s a split view floodlight cam right?

yeah, it has 2 lenses. I’m going to have it swapped out.

Ask for a replacement. Top camera is faulty

Seem to be wide angle viewing Camera Fault. Arrange replacement.
