I’ve been really concerned about the poor quality of the 4k recordings from my S330 cameras. To be honest, they look like rubbish 1080p.

I got up on a ladder and took a 4k video with my iPhone 12 and it is crystal clear. The writing on the sign next door is easy to read but with Eufy, it is a blur.
I’ve checked all the settings, 4k streaming, 4k recording and yet it can’t clearly show 9cm (4”) tall letters at a distance of 9 metres (about 10 yards). Pathetic.
I’ve cleaned the lens, reinstalled the Eufy app and even cleared old videos from the HomeBase 3 storage.
Does none have a solution please?
I’m starting to think that either the lens on the camera is really poor, or the 4k video is in fact interpolated from a lower resolution sensor.
I’ll put up another post with the 4k video from my iPhone.
