Recording Video Codec Issue
I just got my EufyCam S330/3 set up with the Homebase connected to my router. It’s in good range, I have fast internet, great connection, but for some reason even though I just bought my phone in 2023 (moto g power 5G 2023) whenever I try to switch to anything above 1080p quality it says my phone doesn’t have the codecs and I need to update my phone even though it’s up to date. Check the screenshot from the app below…what do I do to fix this?
I’m on an HOA board and we’ve had issues with crime so I need that 4K quality I was promised with the camera especially for license plates of strangers that have been dumping trash in our dumpsters. Help?
