I’ve gotten 2 separate emails from Eufy that said congratulations you have reached level 1. Then a few days later congratulations you’ve reached level 2. My question is what does that mean? And are there benefits? I’m new to the community

You are moving up the ladder in terms of user ranking in the community here. I don’t think there is any clear benefits though. Quite opposite, there will be limiting factors for your contribution credits when you are moving up actually
