I’ve asked the same. I got an email asking for more details so I sent a screen shot of the message. My guess is level goes up every 1000 credits. I’m on level 3 with 3500 credits.

Yes, I’ve wondered this, too. I get messages that I’ve reached level x but I have no idea what that means or how I reached it

They give you points and different levels that way they can legally use your videos and and also collect your data. the points and gift cards can buy new cameras and other items they sell. Seems to be a nice program and also their quality cameras are definitely worth the money in my opinion. I replaced an old camera setup these are far superior in every way when you share videos it helps them improve software and cameras and overall customer experience.

I heard back from Eufy support -
Currently, the levels within our community platform are set by default and do not come with additional perks. However, I am excited to share that we are in the process of redesigning our level system. Our goal is to create a more rewarding experience that better acknowledges and celebrates the contributions of our members.
