How does the credits work? How many a day from liking and commenting in the community? Like say I can like until it won’t let me anymore lol but only get credited with 3 likes, seems the max in comments is 2 comments, had 4 posts approves today but only received credits for 1…. So what are the limits and why aren’t they displayed in the app before I post, comment or like?
Hello, my friend! When you click the “+” button to create a post, you will see the “eufy Community Content Policy” at the bottom. Click on it, and under the third point, “Content Moderation,” you will find the rules related to eufy Community post credits. 
Total of 21 points per day 6 for likes 15 for comments but you can make as many as you want. Plus 100 points per day for posting a video but again you can post several videos but only get credit for 1 per day. It takes a little while for videos to actually get posted because they review them 1st for proper content but as long as you’re following guidelines everything gets approved. After accumulating points you can redeem them for gift card through the app fan center. It usually takes a couple weeks before the gift card codes show up in your email always check your junk folder if you don’t see them
Thanks for raising this — I’ve been just as confused, especially with the way the Fan Centre handles things. It’s not clear at all on the website when you’re uploading. In the app, it behaves differently depending on whether you go through Enhance My AI or the Fan Centre > Task Centre — which only adds to the confusion.
From what I’ve worked out:
You earn 300 credits for subscribing to the newsletter when you first sign up
100 credits per Eufy device registered
Comments = +5 credits, 
Likes = +2 credits (confirmed with screenshots)
100 credits per donated video, but only if spaced properly
Important tip from experience:
Only upload one video every 24 hours, or wait until 24 hours after your last approved upload. If you send in multiple at once, and they’re approved back-to-back, you’ll only get credit for one. I had four videos pending (all uploaded on different days), but three were approved at once and I only got 100 credits total — missed out on 300 credits just because of how the approval timing worked.
I also found that even when you’ve hit the 1000-credit limit for video donations, it may still tell you that you earned credits — but they don’t get added. Other times it doesn’t even notify you properly.
So yeah, completely agree — there’s a serious need for better transparency on limits and tracking. A simple message or daily tracker would solve a lot of headaches. Thanks again for putting this out there — I’m sure many of us are in the same boat!
I was getting 20 points few codes and several times a day, and some were worth 100, again, same day. Now, I may get 100 points for one video. Likes as well as points seem to be limited for me lol. I can like until it won’t let me anymore, but maybe that’s for the best, there will at least be a chance to earn a few points next time I come…
Think I should limit myself on likes since there’s not a whole lot of new content and I’ve liked most everything I see, I mean if I’m only getting credited for 3, that may be my magic number ha.
There’s a 1000 credit limit on donating videos? So, after 10? You won’t see any credits? And what about the 20 credits for donating a video? See, I thought the 100 credits were for “stories” (that’s what my app says), and I was actually getting both for several days. Now, everything I share, I guess is a story and I only see 100 credits for one share. But, I feel like I’ve had at least 10 approved… So, I guess it’s going to take ages to build my balance to earn a decent gift card.
The 1000 point cap is for events but through the community forum you can upload videos every day and get points I do it every day because I always have something cool to see on one of my several cameras. So I get 100 for a video and 21 total for likes and comments every day. I’ve redeemed some already for gift cards (3). $20 and (1) $10 and turned in and received a camera and water /freeze sensor. Now I have a lot more points that I plan on using soon towards maybe the new smart display
I also waited for fan week where 1/2 the amount of points could be used ex 1000 points for $20 instead of 2000 for 20
Wow, you’ve got a lot of point! I just hit 6,000 I’ve been planning on either using them for another s220 or replace stolen s120. I had a gift card email from back in March, I think it was $10 but I couldn’t find it! 
I’m planning trying to earn enough to save myself a bit of money here.
I always take a screenshot of the email gift card code so I don’t forget it lol
With that many cameras, your chances of catching good wildlife moments are great. Especially for the Forum members from the U.S
Looks like you can no longer redeem your points for a £100 voucher. i was told that the maximum you can redeem against a purchase from Eufy is £20.00.

not sure about your country but a few weeks ago they were having issues in the 
with the points system not adding points each day so I got nervous they were stopping the system so I ordered a $50 gift card and received it. and then the gift card options were not showing but I emailed them and asked what was going on and they said they were fixing the problem a couple days later the daily points are working again and the gift cards option was available also so I just order a $100 and it took it but it’s only been a couple days so I haven’t received it yet but I’m sure I will.
That’s crazy, I’d just redeem them all for individual gift cards and use them all at checkout. That’s what I did when I bought the E340 doorbell.
Yeah, looks like they fixed it. Off topic though, I won a C30 doorbell through enhance my AI, I claimed it weeks ago, and have yet to receive it. Any idea how long that’s going to take?
Probably a couple of weeks I won a floor lamp for making a video about my Eufy products Last year and I can’t remember how long it took but it definitely arrived
I guess I claimed it the 5. Just when I was about to give up on donating anymore events, because those $10 coupons are pretty much useless, can’t use them with any promotions, can only use one at a time and so on, then boom I won a doorbell camera that I’m going to have no use for since I already have an S220 on each door..
Yeah I have 4 of the useless $10 vouchers. You can mount the door bell camera somewhere else and just use it as a camera or give it to a friend. If nothing else you can send it to me in Massachusetts lol
lol I bought the E340 back in December, finally found a door mount for it (apartment living) that thing drives me nuts, battery lasts a whopping 36 hours and package guard is pointless but gets a nice view of the door knob (ha) glad I purchased a second battery for it, but I gave up on it and put my S220 back up.
