do we only get points for one post a day now? I used to get points for every post but haven’t got any for over a week?

I assume that you are referring to Topics. We updated our eufyCredits rules for sharing community topics in late November. You can learn more about the changes here. Now, you can earn up to 100 eufyCredits per day for sharing new topics.
As for commenting, each user can earn up to 15 eufyCredits per day.

Well that was not clear anywhere–i had no idea and have been frustrated that I don’t seem to get credits for my contributions. It used to be 300 pts/3 eufy shares daily.
Still not getting credited properly for comments, etc. They used to update shortly after posting, but I’ve had days where I got nothing. Or have there been changes to the update schedule, too?

Has there been a change to the credit update schedule/frequency? I thought credit for comments or likes used to be within half an hour or so. (Did I read 20 minutes somewhere?)

Regarding your eufyCredits, I’ve double checked the system and verified you’ve been issued 242 credits in the past 48 hours. Did these not appear on your account? Please let me know and feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions on the credit amounts.
Please note that normally, eufyCredits will be credited within 6 hours for comments, likes and topics (once your topic has been approved).
