Due to a system issue starting on February 11, 2026 , the issuance of eufyCredits has been affected. As a result, some members did not receive eufyCredits after completing the Community Post Task .
Our team is actively working on a fix, expected around February 27, 2026 . During this period, you can continue posting as usual. All eligible posts will be recorded, and the corresponding eufyCredits will be issued once the system is fully restored.
Please note the following rules for eufyCredits issuance:
Each user will earn 100 eufyCredits for one approved post per day, with a maximum of one eligible post per day.
Due to the holiday period, reviews may take longer than usual, but eligibility will be based on your submission time.
All eligible eufyCredits will be issued in one batch after the fix is completed.

You accumulate points for posting videos, making likes and comments each day then you turn them in for Eufy gift cards $100. $50, $30,$20,or $15 then you can buy Eufy products with them through the app. I’ve done it for years and got a couple cameras , different sensors and the smart display tablet for free with enough points. I most recently got the S3 pro camera and I only paid $9. Out of Pocket. You can access them through the Eufy fan center in the app
This is a fabulous idea. I nearly have a £30 gift card. Well once this issue is resolved. I can buy another cam and get £30 off. Cant complain about that.
If you did 3 posts and they each got approved over 3 days that would be 300 points.
Every day you can post 1 video when approved you get 100 points and when you like other people videos you get 2 points for each like up to 3 likes per day total of 6 points and you can make comments for 5 points each 3 per day for 15 points so a grand total of 121 points per day. You can like and comment on as many videos you want but only will get credit points for a max of 21 points each day. same you can post multiple videos per day but only get 100 points for 1 per day hope this makes sense to you. It’s very generous of Eufy to do this and turn it into gift cards
