This is a good idea from EUFY, I bought all of my CCTV etc, and hopefully in the future I will be able to replace old equipment with new? Yes it’s abit of a shame UK not geting the same value vouchers? Needs to be looked at by Eufy.

Still waiting on 300 credits
I got some of mine Saturday only 300 of the 900 hopefully they didn’t put a limit on them. I will see what happens Monday morning I’m in the eastern time zone USA
right now it is 1pm here and 2am in China. I actually got a email from support Friday that said points were going to be given out by Saturday and again some did. I don’t know if they emailed everyone but when this problem 1st started back on February 10th I emailed support and told them about the problem so that is probably why they emailed me this past Friday night.

you mentioned you have bought all your security equipment and I assume it’s all Eufy have you registered all of them through the app E Warranty option??? It’s worth 200 points each no matter where you bought them from
I only registered a few (too late for the other) of them recently. Before I was not following or posting on Eufy.
It shouldn’t be to late to register it and get points maybe to late for a warranty claim. I would try if you still have order number somewhere weather from amazon or eufy directly

the points do expire after 365 days though so make sure you order gift cards before they expire. The gift cards themselves DO NOT EXPIRE
