Why I can’t get no points since iv collected 2000 to get a free camera

This happened to me as well. After 2000 points I’m not getting points for any of the uploaded videos.
Can eufy customer service comment on this pls?
There is a total video limit, but you should still get points for other tasks. Will be interesting to see Eufy’s response.
Iv spoke to them they don’t seem to get it , very frustrating , when you should be able to still collect and they make out customer is the lying

Yeah, that is annoying. They could be a bit more helpful and suggest a few things to try.

I’ve noticed that sometimes video will count and other times don’t not sure why there’s issues when I first signed up everything points were automatic now is everything seems delayed or not at all.
Me after 2000 points I got a camera with it now I can’t upload more it’s a con
I’ve noticed this with comments too. Sometimes you’ll get points and always delayed!
Are you talking about donated videos then there a cap of 2000
