File a police report, give them your video. The detective handling my stolen package just told me that this is now a felony. Apparently Amazon has lost so much money to porch pirates that they pushed to make it a felony, he said no matter the value it’s a felony.
Yeah we filed a police report I also sent it in to Samsung cuz it was my new phone I ordered a stupid me didn’t do signature confirmation because I’ve never had anything stolen and over 17 years that I’ve lived at my address but as soon as I order something expensive it disappears 30 minutes later but yeah it did say it was a felony on the police report
They said they caught the guy who stole my camera, said it was because I had a great image of his face, the detective went on to ask me if I noticed how he didn’t try to hide his face until the last minute. Of course I noticed that lol, he didn’t realize there were 4 cameras watching him, he only noticed the doorbell I guess lol. He said he’d be checking pawnshops to see if they have it but never got back to me. He was going to give me the guys name and all, he told me it was a crackhead just trying to score.
Exactly even the cop was like do yall know this person because it like she is in no rush. That was the first thing me an my wife said it’s like she has no care in the world . Like she done this so much an has gotten away with it. Not Evan phased by the camera.
