I’m going around in circles trying to add my SmartTrack link to my Android "find my’app… can anyone offer any suggestions or guidance?

If I’m not mistaken… It doesn’t work with Android.
Check the eufy Security website, description for it.
@jd164 the website and all of the literature says they are compatible with the android app. The customer service team have also confirmed this.
@eufy-official im still going around in circles and after 4 emails and responses to your support team I’m no further forward. Can you confirm as per your online materials that the smarttrack works with the android find my app as my androd phone doesn’t recognise the smarttrack nor does my app.
