I’m trying to reconnect my eufy S380 homebase. I removed my homebase from the app and connected the homebase to my router through ethernet cable.
However, the light on the homebase never consistently flashes blue. It stuck in a loop where it 1) flashes red, then 2) flashes red and blue (it then go back to 1 and continues this flashing loop).
I wonder why it gets stuck like this and what can I do to make the light consistently blue?
