Is there a way to increase the recording time of a motion detected event? currently it is limited to few seconds, I would like to be able to record at least 2 or 3 minutes to see and hear what was going on.
Go into settings to record settings and turn the record time to 120 seconds and 0 seconds for retriggers and turn off the stop recording when motion stops
There is no such setting for the garage door cam, and only 60 sec max for the light cams.
Hi, I don’t have that camera, but I do have some wired cameras that don’t have an option for recording length once movement is detected.
Those videos recorded based on motion detection are about 30 seconds in length, unless motion is still being detected then it will continue to still record until movement is not detected or they’ll time out end recording after 3 minutes even if motion is still present, but will start another recorded clip.
I would think that your camera would do the same since it’s wired?
I wish eufy would give more recording options in the next firmware releases rather than force the default setting.
