Today I’ve received multiple “Black Friday deals” iOS push notifications from the Eufy app. It’s super annoying, and makes me seriously question how long to continue using Eufy products. Does anyone know how to turn off marketing push notifications?

Same on android. There’s a place in the app where you can opt in to their marketing bs, but I’m already opted out. At least on android, there’s no way to turn off these notifications without LOSING FEATURES. There are only 3 notification categories in the android app settings: doorbell alerts, camera motion alerts, and geofence alerts. Which means they’re using one of those categories to send their bullshit. Which feature shall I lose so that I stop seeing the marketing that I’m already opted out of. Oh, is someone at the door? Nope it’s Eufy trying to get their claws on more money.

Received them also early morning hours, Android. I don’t see any option in the app to stop them.
There is a Receive News and Product Updates option but that’s just for emails not the app.
And once a day you get that full screen HB3 ad… And randomly also a small banner with a tiny little X to close it out, most times I fail to close it and then it opens up my web browser ugh.
