I have eufycam 2 pro camera and HomeBase 2. Eufy security app is on iPhone and iPad under same account. When I change a setting, for example switch power source from battery to solar panel, using iPhone and then check the same camera on my iPad the setting change does not show up. Doesn’t the HomeBase sync setting changes across both iPad and iPhone?
You might try logging out on the device not making changes and then logging back in. You should see the changes then. If that works, then create a separate account for the other device. That should solve it.
