Issue with Indoor Cam S350 Returning to Preset Position After Tracking

Good morning, I have an issue with Indoor Cam S350.
I have set 3 predefined positions that it cycles through regularly, and so far, everything works fine.

The problem is that often, when it finishes tracking a person/animal, it fails to return to the predefined position. Instead, it always ends up at a higher angle than it should.
If I request a manual calibration, it then correctly returns to the predefined position.

Of course, I have activated automatic calibration at the end of tracking (though it doesn’t always perform this) and have tried several times to disable and re-enable everything.

Can you help me? Thank you!

Mine had that same issue until a update. Would only be slightly higher

Which version do you currently have? I have 1.5.2.4 and no other updates available.

I should add that I also have the HomeBase V3.

I had a similar issue with my Indoor Cam E30 where by it said it was showing me the presets, but the actual location was nowhere near… it ignored calibrations and the limits for pan and tilt were way out. For me a simple power off and back on sorted this.

When you close the app and reopen it live view it shows you last position?
