It’s been like

It’s been like this for a while, but any recommendations for some reason my recordings are not staying on my “events” tab. It will show only the last most recent event but not for the whole day like it used to. Any ideas on how to fix this??

I have had the same issue. I had spoke with an Eufy representative and received an Email of things to check…such as wifi, do a restart so on. Non of suggestion worked! I have checked everything until I thought about the customization setting. I just changed it today. I never used that setting but thought it was worth trying? It is with my Floodlight Cam. It was working fine on Geo and suddenly it began doing the same as yours or similar.

Hi, we’re carrying out an optimization for the Event List and will launch the new version of the eufy App in the middle of February.

Mine seems to work successfully, but I have to scroll right to the bottom of the screen and then it will load the next lot from that day.
