Just bought a video doorbell e340 and when installing it, it appears that there is a problem with either the mount or the doorbell connection to the mount. I am thinking/hoping it is the mount. It clicks into the bottom but not top so is very easy to pull out and not secure enough to need the pin to release. Does the attached picture show anything obvious to anyone?

Might be a defective mount. Should grip on to the top inside and snap into the bottom and fit snug.
Was definitely the mount. I reported and they’ve sent a replacement.
