Just got one of two refurbished S340s purchased from Temu, shipped from Anker. Already problematic. Sync issues right off the bat, it said it was successful yet it failed somehow saying my homebase is offline. I plugged it in to charge and it worked, then my homebase did go offline! I hard reset and was able to update the firmware for the S340, it gave a message that all my devices are updating. Then the homebase started flashing red and blue along with the cam, now the cam has a solid blue light while the HB is still flashing?
