Just got S350 can i record at 3x zoom and can i screenshot a recording?

Hi, I have literally just got the Eufy S350 and not had a security camera before, but have 2 main questions since getting it.

I assumed I would be able to grab a capture/screenshot from a recording. But the only option I see is to record the part, which saves as a quick video, or how ever long you record for. On crime groups you always see people posting screenshots from their recordings. Am i missing a way to do it in the app?

Also, I have my camera set to a specific location (pointing out a window) and it’s set to 3x zoom, I also set that as the default preset, it even shows 3x zoned in on the live view. When i view the records they are all 1x though? Can this camera not continuous record at 3x zoom, does it have to be 1x on the recording? Not sure if i have done something wrong, but if the preview shows 3x I am not sure why it’s not recorded like that.

Any help and advice would be helpful

Sorry no one has answered you I see this is a older post but it’s the 1st time it’s come to my phone. I don’t have that model camera but have several other models and they all have the screenshot option button at the bottom of the screen when viewing live (see my screenshot) but if you’re looking at a event you have to tap on download or the share button and it gets saved to your phone album and then you can pick who you want to send it to
