I recently purchased an S350 camera and connected it to my homebase s380. How do i set it up to record 24/7 video? Its recording only event clips now and i dont see anything in the settings on the s350 to set continuous recording. All my other 4 cameras that came with my s380 system are continuously recording.

What type are the other 4 cameras that you have on continuous recording? Just curious.
Obviously that’s not an option with EUFY cameras. You should know this before buying.
The IndoorCam S350? If you connect it to the HomeBase, you need to insert a hard drive into the HomeBase first in order to enable continuous recording. The path to enable continuous recording is: IndoorCam settings → HomeBase connection, and then select 24*7 continuous recording.
