No recording from Indoor Cam S350

Hi
I have two Indoor Cam S350 connected to a HomeBase 3.
All devices have updated firmware.

For the “away mode” both video recording and notifications are activated.

Activating “away mode” and walking into the field of view triggers dozens of app notifications but when I try to watch the recording, there is a message telling me that there is no content available.

This worked just a few days ago, but today (15th of May 2025), it does not.
