No recording or notifications after internet outage.

We recently had a week long isp outage. It’s back up and we can connect to view live video…but none of the cameras are recording or notifying us. Our doorbell is giving package notifications but no video alerts. We have eufycam s350 and several solocam s340’s. Does anyone know how to get it back to normal? The homebase 3 video storage was full, but I cleared it. I’ve also rebooted it.

Try unplugging the power supply to one of the s350 for a few seconds to see if that helps to get that camera working.

Randomly unplugged it and the routers for 30-40 seconds and let them all boot up again and it started working again. Thanks
