Notifications stopped working

All 5 cameras are working, and the home base is connected to the wifi, however I am no longer receiving notifications for any of the cameras. This happened a couple of weeks ago, and I tried a number of fixes, including resetting my home base. I ultimately deleted all cameras from my app, then reset the individually as though they were new. The notifications work again, but after a few days, I stopped receiving notifications again, and when I look at the “events” the app shows no events. There has been plenty of activity that should register as “events”.

I have the same issue every time I enable any AI feature like saving a recognized face. I have to delete all detected faces and start over.

Same problem here my EufyCam S330 cameras (Two) and Wall Light T81A0 and Video Doorbell E340 are not sending notifications or recording events. I have a powered wall light T84A1 also, and that is sending notifications and recording events. All are connected to Homebase 3.

I went on to Live Chat just now who said this is a known issue and will be corrected in the next 10 working days with an update.

I asked if there is anything on there website they said no.

I feel like this may be a fob off - but I guess I have to stop trying things and wait!
