Not receiving notifications. Added some cameras to my app and I’m not getting notifications. Sent other family members invites and they are receiving notifications. Restarted phone, removed and reinstalled app, checked notification permissions, checked battery use permissions, everything is as it should be. I’m on android. Any help would be appreciated

I had this happen along time ago after a ios update and Eufy said to delete app and reinstall and that worked. I read you did this, the other day it kind of happened again I wasn’t getting any notifications of motion detection on 13 of my 14 cameras. ( only one camera working is not connected to the HB-3)so I restarted the home base and it started working again

Do a factory reset of your homebase and start from scratch
when I get glitches I toggle power off on each camera for a minute, turn them back on then I go the the home base and “Restart” it. That generally takes care of any issues I may have.
