Hi there, just installed the cameras and they are great. But I’m not getting any notifications to my phone when there is movement. I have notifications turned on in settings on my iPhone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Mine did that. Try turning them off then back on in the app. It worked for me.

Hi, could you please paste the Notification page of your camera from the eufy app?
Try checking here:
Security tab
Mode tab
Choose homebase
Choose current automation mode
Select device from list
Check to see if notifications is checked for the device you are inquring about.
