I have 3 sensors on doors into my property and a 2K wireless camera on front door.
For about 6 months all worked as it should, however currently I don’t get notifications of events to my phone when they happen. So no audio notification “or” pop up. I have all settings set to do this.
Something I have noticed is that on the Show Notifications screen, in settings, it lists eufy motion with a blue on/off swith “twice” alongside eufy doorbell ring & app icon on/off.
Sometimes if I turn one “eufy motion” off it disappears and functionality comes back, but hours later it reappears and the notifications to my phone stop again. In short I have to constantly reset again and again to get system to work. Has anyone got any suggestions, as I am finding this v frustrating!!
