I’m searching for a solution and I came across your post.
I have a similar problem that all my video clips in iOS Eufy app freeze and then it states unable to decrypt, “try again” (which doesn’t solve the problem no matter how many times I try again).
Every clip freezes when there are only a few seconds of video remaining at the end.
This problem seems to have started since I added my fourth cam- I now have four e220 outdoor cam pro’s.
All cams work ok but the payback of clips in the iOS Eufy app has this stupid glitch.
I’ve done all the usual recommendations of uninstalling and reinstalling everything but nothing helps.
Did you ever find a way to solve this?
I can download the clips to my iPhone and they play perfectly in my iPhone videos so it’s definitely a problem within the Eufy app.
(To the previous commenter, this video freeze problem is not cool at all! It’s annoying!!)
