so, my device worked perfectly fine for 2-3, months no issue. now whenever I go to live view and press record on the app… the app crashes. same with when I try to use the intercom or microphone on the app… :c I need to fix it asap help me !!! #help

Make sure the app is updated.
Make sure the OS on your device is updated.
If everything checks out, uninstall the Eufy app and reinstall it.
Reboot the device (phone? tablet?) itself.
Im having this same issue. I uninstalled the app and relinked my device with no luck.
I also have this problem. The app is updated as is my IOS device. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Rebooted the base station, removed and reinstalled the cameras. More often than not, the cameras don’t record events. Sensitivity is set to maximum. Seriously considering moving on from Eufy. The system is just too unreliable and nothing works to correct the problem. System is useless if it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do
